Who we are
POPSTRAPS is an independent accessory brand, currently operating as an unincorporated trading name. We are not affiliated with The Swatch Group Ltd. or Audemars Piguet SA. Contact: hello@popstrap-ap.com.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address.
- Your selection from the "what are you here for?" dropdown (strap / watch / both).
- The timestamp of your signup.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site. We do not collect IP-based location data.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you when the first run drops, when restocks happen, and (if you selected option B or C) when we have Royal Pop stock to offer. That's it.
Who processes it
The waitlist runs on Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which is a data processor on our behalf. Kit stores your email and confirmation status on its servers. See Kit's privacy policy for their handling practices.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and similar regulations, you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold on you.
- Correct or delete it.
- Stop processing it.
You can unsubscribe from any email we send (one-click in the footer). To delete your record entirely, email hello@popstrap-ap.com.
Retention
We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, or until the brand winds down — whichever comes first.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.
